What are the cake toppers made of?

All fondant decorations are made of pre-made fondant and gumpaste.  The fondant we use is dairy free and egg free, however nuts and other allergens does present in the kitchen, which we cannot guarantee it will be allergen free due to the possibility of cross-contamination.

Please note that toothpick or floral wire will be used for most of the fondant figurines as internal support. They are not for consumption and need to be removed from the cake before it is served.

How far in advance should I order?

Please refer to this page.

Can you recreate characters from cartoon and movie?

We do accept custom order request, unfortunately due to copyright law we are not allowed to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked materials, such as characters from Disney, Marvel and company logos,  unless written consent is received from the copyright or trademark holder.

Please let us know if you have obtained a written permission and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

How do I keep them? How long do they last?

Fondant toppers can be stored in a cardboard box, or for long term storage (1 month+) put in an airtight container in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight/ away from heat and humidity. No refrigeration or freezing is required.

They can be preserved for years as keepsakes when properly stored, for cake decorating purposes they are best used within 3 months after purchase.

Do they travel well?

Fondant decorations are fragile thus we always pack them carefully to keep them safe. In rare occasions small parts, such as tiny ears from an animal, may fall off during transit and can be easily glued back with a little bit of water (which will stay back together once dry).

If your cake topper arrives damaged,  please contact us within 24 hours, we may request evidence photo and offer you either a replacement or refund.
